It was ok, 3.50pm appointment, seen at 4.20pm, by time got out, 4.50pm, Dr Williamson didn’t even check me out even though ribs was hurting, and got bad back as I am disabled. Just there for a chat really which was disappointing, reception staff have no problem they are lovely. If a doctors surgery open up again at South Park I would go like a shot, because it’s a pain going to Horley as I have to leave early just in case I get stuck in traffic.

This is a shout out to all the receptionists and admin Team at Wayside. You helped me out in a last minute situation.. you all pulled out the stops to help me. It was very late on and still had very professional and caring attention. I can't thank you all enough... and still smiling. You are all such an asset to Wayside. Thank you again. Keep doing what you are doing... It really is appreciated.

Wayside is a fantastic surgery but it is let down by one doctors, DR Crispin. I found him to want to push you out the door, he's not that helpful, doesn't really seem to know what he's talking about and he was smug and sarcastic and belittled me. He should go !!!

Everyone I have ever interacted with at the surgery has been professional, courteous, and kind. I have never had a problem making a same-day appointment, or an advance appointment with the nurse. It's a small practice compared to some of the others in Horley, but I like the way they do things.
